The story of "Crazy Jane" is the first book in a series we call Green Mountain Heritage Tales. Every GMHT will be a story based on real people and real events that happened in the Green Mountain State of Vermont. "Notes of Army and Prison Life 1862-1865" is our next book. It is the personal account of Private Charles Fairbanks from Bethel, Vermont, who served in the Civil War. Full of interesting accounts and pictures, it is an excellent read. |
